Internal Apps UX design

LGH's aim is to create it's own suite of apps and unite them into a platform. They already had the UI Component Library for Polarix and Modulix. All they needed now was to further enhance the existing modules and create new ones for each app.

My UX/UI process with LGH

1. Polarix screens

Polarix and Modulix already had a part of the UI created. However the apps were around 50% completed and I had to take a deep dive into UX and either adjust or recreate UX flows. I've also worked to create the remainder of the apps.

Since the apps already had some base of UX design, once part of the process of adjusting or completing the UX was to use workflow analysis as a research method.

2. Modulix screens

With Modulix I had to "translate" the new modules and features into the similar design system and maintain the same look and feel.

1. Mobile UX/UI for Polarix
2. Dark mode

The team required the mobile version for the apps and another request was the dark mode (since a lot of the scientific writing process presupposed users looking at the screen for long periods of time).
